My stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket was exceptional! The dedicated staff truly made our holiday experience unforgettable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the excellent room service and housekeeping, every detail was taken care of with a smile.The open courtyard area was a favorite spot for me to unwind, enjoying drinks under the stars and soaking in the tropical atmosphere. The convenience of car hire and tours/ticket assistance made exploring the vibrant streets of Phuket a breeze, while the laundry and dry cleaning services ensured we always looked our best.The casual al fresco dining at Terrazzo was a culinary delight, offering a range of delectable Italian cuisines that catered to all tastes. The variety of pools, including the kids' pool and play area, provided endless entertainment for families, while the Kids' Club was a paradise for little ones, offering fun activities in and out of the water.The location of the resort, just a stone's throw away from Patong Beach and nearby shopping areas, was perfect for both beach lovers and avid shoppers like myself. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the excellent breakfast options and great value cuisine, truly made Holiday Inn Resort Phuket a home away from home. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and family-friendly stay in Phuket, and I can't wait to return again with my loved ones.
